How do I send you my data files for recovery?
After you order a recovery service, we will send you FTP information to send us the files for recovery.

Alternatively, you place the file on your Web/FTP server for us to download.

What are typical turnaround times?
The typical turnaround time for Expedited service is about 3-12 hours depending on the amount of work involved for the recovery. The typical time for Regular services is 24-48 hours.

Is the data transfer secure?
All data transfer to and from us is via Secure FTP servers and is 100% secure.

How long are files kept of your server?
We keep files for 1 week after recovery is completed after which all files belonging to the request are deleted. This is to ensure that you have plenty of time to download the recovered/converted files.

What is the guarantee?
We guarantee that you will be able to open your corrupted file in the version of Quickbooks you used to access the file before the corruption occurred. You will not need to upgrade your version of Quickbooks to the latest version to use the data file. We do not charge you if we cannot repair your data file.
